A company in America is also looking into the development of a PPUV (Pay Per Unique Viewer) model, where advertisers will only pay for a single click from a unique IP address each week. However there are concerns that with IP targeted how do advertisers know where the IP addresses are registered if they go through a proxy server and therefore Pay Per Unique User has its weaknesses.
